Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases such as the Web Book, digital guides, or downloadable content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

By purchasing digital content and accessing it immediately, you acknowledge that you waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal period provided under consumer protection laws.

If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Coaching Services

Information about coaching services may be provided on this website.

However, coaching sessions are arranged and purchased separately through the Pacifist System® Discord community. Refund policies and scheduling for coaching sessions may therefore differ from the policies outlined on this website.
