The Pacifist System has completely changed the way I approach Rocket League. I’ve always been someone who likes to go against the grain, and I used to model my gameplay after Flakes. The Pacifist System goes far beyond that philosophy with its structured framework, clearly defining what you should and shouldn’t be doing as both first and second man on offense and defense. I have the physical and digital copies of this book. I like to use the physical to remind myself of the key systems and what I’m trying to change about my game by highlighting in it and making notes to myself where improvement is needed but the digital book is a true game changer. It makes it so easy to quickly find the drills specifically related to what I’m working on. With 1 click it gives me an example video so I can better understand the blueprint and drill for that blueprint and how to use focused intention to improve faster. I’m 48 and have been playing about 4 years. I don’t have a lot of free time to play but I want to get better to play with friends and not be carried. In the last 6 months or so of using this system I’m a solid diamond in 2s solo queueing but what means even more to me than my rank is that I can see my improvement in my decision making and fundamental mechanics. I know it’s the Pacifist System that’s causing that improvement because it’s the only changes I’ve made and suddenly years of being gold/Plat have become diamond and my GC friend commented in a private match that my positioning has improved. Play the game with the System and you’ll see how many mistakes your opponents are making and when to capitalize. This book also contains drills! Just how you would train for any sport. This is a very well developed strategy system for players that want to play the sport and improve. all Rocket League players should give this a read.

Alongside the pacifist belt system which mainly focuses on mechanics, the book has allowed me to play in a way which I can understand what to do when. Essentially it goes through the WHY of gamesense, so that anyone can go through the thought process of what to do next. I still haven’t finished the book but I put full faith in AirCharged because of the free content he also puts out on his youtube channel.

The Pacifist System has really changed the way I think about Rocket League.
I used to always think that something was missing from my gameplay, that I was somehow playing wrong, but I just could not figure out what it was. The Pacifist System has showed me exactly what I did wrong, and is helping me greatly in fixing my mistakes.
All the information in the book is great stuff, and the reason for giving it 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of a full rundown, to use the system in solo queue, and also variations to use in 1v1 and 3v3.
If/once that is added, I think the pacifist system will become the ultimate Rocket League system/guide out there (honestly it might already be).
