What is the Bronze Belt?
The Bronze Belt represents mastery of face-out defence.
To earn it, you must demonstrate consistent defensive positioning while facing the opponent, the ball, and the passing lanes. This belt teaches you how to:
- Defend while facing the play
- Track both the ball and opponent movement
- Stay active without overcommitting
Face-out defence allows you to react instead of guess.
Why Face-Out Defence matters
Many players defend while turned away from the play.
That’s why they get caught by simple touches or fakes.
